Fashioned in 2011 by artist John Seward Johnson II, this iconic 26 fort-tall sculpture of Marilyn Monroe recreates the famous scene in the movie, The Seven Year Itch, in which a street vent blows up her dress. Once located in Palm Springs and now returned after a several year absence, the statue is a huge attraction to visitors in its prominent location in front of the Palm Springs Art Museum in the centre of town.

In addition to entrepreneurial, corporate, and consulting work in the business and non-profit sectors, I've been a professional commercial photographer for more than thirty years, and a passionate picture-taker for most of my life.
